Watermelon Steamed Sponge
Materials
- 2 eggs .
- 125 grams of sugar.
- 1 tsp Sp.
- 130 gr trigu pro low.
- 125 ml coconut milk (from 60 ml instant coconut milk + water 65 water).
- tsp vanilla powder.
- Sprinkle salt.
- Enough black sesame.
- Red, yellow and green coloring.
How to make
- 1. Grease the mold with a little oil then sprinkle with a little black sesame. set aside.
- Preheat the steamer over medium to low heat.
- 2. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and Sp. Then mix on high speed until thick and thick. Lower the mixer speed. Add the trigu gradually alternating with the coconut milk. Turn off the mixer. Stir until blended with a spatula.
- 3. * 150 gr for red dough.
- * 150 gr for yellow dough.
- 4. In the remaining dough, divide by 2 more, for the white and green dough.
- 5. Each dough, then put into a plastic triangle. Spray to the mold with the arrangement of red / yellow, white, green.
- 6. Then steam until cooked about 15-20 minutes. Lift and remove from the mould.
