Palm Sugar Moss Pudding
Ingredients
- 300 gr palm sugar, finely comb
- 1,500 ml of water
- 2 pandan leaves, tie
- 2 packs of powdered jelly
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 75 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 130ml instant coconut milk
How to make
- 1. Boil palm sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt and some water until the sugar dissolves and strain so that there are no impurities.
- 2. Add powdered gelatin, eggs, coconut milk, remaining water and pandan leaves, cook until boiling while stirring to produce a smooth moss texture
- 3. After boiling, do not pour directly into the mold, wait a few minutes until it is slightly warm and slightly thick, then pour it into the mold so that the pudding is full of moss and there is no water deposit
- 4. After that chill in the refrigerator until set.
