Ingredients

  • 300 gr palm sugar, finely comb
  • 1,500 ml of water
  • 2 pandan leaves, tie
  • 2 packs of powdered jelly
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 130ml instant coconut milk

How to make

  • 1. Boil palm sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt and some water until the sugar dissolves and strain so that there are no impurities.
  • 2. Add powdered gelatin, eggs, coconut milk, remaining water and pandan leaves, cook until boiling while stirring to produce a smooth moss texture
  • 3. After boiling, do not pour directly into the mold, wait a few minutes until it is slightly warm and slightly thick, then pour it into the mold so that the pudding is full of moss and there is no water deposit
  • 4. After that chill in the refrigerator until set.
