150 gr granulated sugar (me: this time use 130 gr)
2 tbsp SKM
100 gr low pro wheat flour
10 g cornstarch
150 g butter, melted
How to make
1. Mixer eggs and sugar on high speed until fluffy and thick with traces.
2. Lower to low speed, add the sifted flour and cornstarch, mix until just combined, don't over mix.
3. Mix vanilla and skim into melted butter. Take a little dough and put it in a bowl containing the melted butter mixture, mix well.
4. Pour the butter mixture into the mixture, fold it in until it is completely combined.
5. Pour into the tin, here I use 2 round pans with a diameter of 16cm, height 7cm which have been greased and lightly dusted with flour.
6. Bake at a temperature of 170C fire up and down until cooked, adjust to your respective oven.
Pineapple Jam Ingredients (Can For The 3 Cake Recipes Above)
2 pineapples, grated or in a blender
200 gr sugar (can be reduced if the pineapple is sweet)
2 cloves
A little cinnamon
Cook all the ingredients except the cloves and cinnamon until the pineapple water has reduced by half, then add the cloves and cinnamon, stir constantly until the water shrinks but don't let it dry out.
