Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 70 g sugar
  • 60 gr low pro flour
  • 5 g cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp SKM
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 g butter, melted

  • 40 G Sukade

How to make

  • 1. Mixer eggs and sugar using STAND MIXER MX-100 @mito.id speed 12 until fluffy and sticky notes.
  • 2. Lower to low speed, add the sifted flour and cornstarch. Just mix until just mixed. Turn off the mixer.
  • 3. Scrape the rim of the bowl with a spatula and stir briefly.
  • 4. Mix SKM, vanilla extract with melted butter, stir. Add a little mixture to the butter mixture, mix until smooth.
  • 5. Mix into the main mixture, stir briefly with a spatula until well blended (don't overmix).
  • 6. Pour into a 10x23x6cm square tin that has been greased and lined with baking paper. Hit a few times.
  • 7. Bake using ELECTRIC OVEN TOP MO-999 @mito.id with a temperature of 170C on top and bottom for 30 minutes / until cooked (adjust to your respective oven). When the surface of the dough is crusty, remove it from the tin and sprinkle with the cilantro.
