Ingredients

  • 200 gr high protein flour
  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 10 powdered milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 5 g yeast
  • 1/4 tsp bread improver
  • 80-100 ml full cream liquid milk (60 ml full cream milk plus 40 ml cold water gradually)
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Brownies bulkhead mold size 26x26x4

Crumble/struesel Topping Ingredients (Stir well until grainy)

  • 10 gr salted butter
  • 10 g fine granulated sugar
  • 5 gr white milk powder
  • 20 gr low protein flour

Spread Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp evaporated milk

How to make

  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients, except salt, mix well
  • 2. Enter the milk, cold water, and eggs stir / knead until smooth using hands
  • 3. Enter the butter, salt, knead until half smooth and elastic, then transfer to a home mixer until smooth, rest the dough for 15 minutes, the dough is ready to be formed
  • 4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, flatten it, put the filling and pinch it so that the folds are stronger, spread with bread coating, sprinkle with Struesel & sesame
  • 5. Put it in a bulkhead mold that has been smeared with margarine, profing 45-60 minutes or until it has doubled in size
  • 6. Bake Bawag 190 delci fire for 10 minutes, 160 delci over fire for 8 minutes, remove from heat, grease the surface of the bread with margarine
