Topping Material

  • 1 can of tuna oil
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp SKM
  • 1 tsp italian verb
  • 3 tbsp canned corn
  • Mozza cheese to taste
  • Bolognese sauce (buy ready)
  • Chili sauce

Dough Ingredients

  • 250 gr is high protein
  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 30 g powdered milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 50 gr liquid milk
  • 20 gr liquid whip cream
  • 15 gr ice water
  • 40 gr butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make Tuna Pizza Rolls

  • Mix all the ingredients, knead until half smooth.. then add butter & salt. knead until smooth, round the dough, put it in a container that has been greased with oil, cover for 30 minutes resting (or until it doubles in size), deflate .. then thinly add the topping, Roll it up then cut it into pieces and put it in a tin or cup.
  • Rest for 30 minutes, then bake at 180c on top and bottom for 30 minutes (adjust each oven, okay..)
  • Remove and serve hot
