*** Cook all ingredients except fruit until boiling
Layer 4 (White)

1 gram agar2 plain

How to make
1. Layers 1&2: Mango blender with 50 ml of milk (taken from the 350 ml). Set aside.
2. Mix the remaining milk, sugar, agar2, salt and vanilla, mix well.
3. Take 125 ml of mixture no. 2, add the mango that has been blended, cook until it boils, pour it into the pudding pan, let it set until the top is set but the bottom is still soft.
3. Heat the remaining milk mixture to a boil, remove from heat, stir until the steam is gone, slowly pour into the pan. Let stand until the top is set, and the inside is still a little soft. When the lines have hardened or pierced with a fork a little deep, so that the layers don't come off.
4. Arrange the mango slices on the white layer. Cook the 3rd layer ingredients, pour in slowly and let it set on top or streak with a fork a bit deep.
5. Cook the 4th layer of ingredients to a boil, pour slowly over the fruit layer. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
