Meises Roll Bread Ingredients
- 250 gr high pro teigu
- 50 gr trigu pro sesang.
- 5 g instant yeast.
- 180 ml liquid milk
- 1 egg yolk.
- 40 grams of powdered sugar.
- 1 tsp SP.
- 30 gr margarine, pinch of salt.
- Buttercream is enough

How to Make Meises Rolls
- 1. Mix all ingredients (except margarine and salt). Knead / mixer until it becomes a lump of dough. Then cover the cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. After 30 minutes, add margarine and salt, then continue the mixer until elastic.
- 3. Then divide the dough into 2 equally. Take 1 dough rolled flat wide. Then put it in a 24×24 tin that has been smeared with a little margarine. Prick the base of the dough. Then cover and let it rise 2x. Apply liquid milk.
- 4. Before heating, preheat the oven to 190⁰. Then bake the dough until cooked about 20-25 minutes. (Adjust each oven, yes). Lift.
- 5. After the bread is slightly warm. Grease with buttercream and sprinkle with meises. Then roll up and wrap in parchment paper, leave for 30 minutes.
- 6. Open the baking paper. Then cut into desired thickness. It can be that the edges are smeared with buttercream and sprinkled with meises again. Enjoy.
