Black Glutinous Pandan Brownies

Material A

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp SP
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Material B

  • 100 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • 20 gr cocoa powder
  • 10 gr black charcoal powder
  • 30 gr SKM
  • 20 gr instant coconut milk
  • 75 ml of oil

Material C

  • 100 gr medium protein flour
  • 30 gr SKM
  • 20 gr instant coconut milk
  • 75 ml of oil
  • Pandan deposit to taste (can use pandan paste)

How to make

  • - Whisk ingredients A until thick trail (increase 3 times)
  • -divide the dough into 2
  • -add the dough one with ingredient B, put in the glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder & charcoal first, fold until smooth, then add the SKM, alternating with coconut milk & oil, stir until smooth
  • -Pour into a baking sheet that has been greased with oil and then cover with paper, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes
  • -then mix the second mixture with ingredient C,
  • Add flour, fold until smooth, then add SKM, alternating with coconut milk & oil, stir until smooth
  • -pour over the black sticky rice mixture (turn off the heat, wait until the steam is gone, then pour the next mixture so it doesn't get bumpy) steam again for about 25 minutes
  • - Remove to cool, then cut into 2
