Dissolve the above ingredients and let stand 15 minutes until foamy.
Ingredients
200 gr margarine
150 gr powdered sugar (for those who like sweet, you can add more)
150 gr cassava tape, puree
4 eggs
300 gr flour pro medium
20 gr milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
Grated cheddar cheese to taste for dough (me: 50 gr) and for topping (me: 60gr)
How to make
1. Mixer margarine and powdered sugar with high speed until soft.
2. Enter the eggs one by one until they run out.
3. Enter the tape alternately with the starter and flour.
4. Add grated cheese, mix well.
5. Pour into a 22 cm diameter tulban tin which is smeared with margarine. Let it sit for 45 minutes until it expands (how come mine doesn't grow is there something wrong with my steps?)
6. Sprinkle with raisins, grated cheese and almonds. Bake at 170C on top and bottom for 40-45 minutes/ until cooked (according to your oven).
