Ingredients

  • 180 gr Salted Butter
  • 10 gr Refined Sugar
  • 2 egg yolks (large size)
  • 100 gr Edam Cheese, grated

Dry Ingredients (Mix And Sift)

  • 200 gr Low Protein Flour
  • 50 gr Maizena Flour
  • 10 gr Milk Powder
  • 4 gr Baking Powder

Spread (Stir well)

  • 1 btr Egg Yolk
  • 1/2 tbsp Liquid Milk
  • Egg Yolk Dye to taste (sy, skip)
  • Topping: grated Cheddar Cheese to taste

How to make

  • 1. Beat (on low speed) butter and powdered sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating until smooth. Turn off the mixer
  • 2. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture while stirring (using a spatula) until smooth. Add the edam cheese, mix well
  • 3. Take the dough, roll it flat with a rolling pin. Print according to taste. Spread and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
  • 4. Arrange in a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper (give space). Bake in a preheated oven at 140'C for 40-50 minutes depending on the size of the pan, adjust the temperature of each oven.
  • Remove and cool on rack. Store in a jar.
