Mango Sago

Material A

  • 400 ml water
  • 1 pack of Nutrijell Mango
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • (Mix all ingredients together, cook until boiling, cool and cut according to taste)

Material B

  • 1500 ml of water
  • 100 gr pearl sago
  • (Boil the water, add the pearl sago, turn off the heat and let it rest for 20 minutes. Boil again until cooked, drain. Soak briefly in cold water, drain)

Material C

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 380 ml evaporated milk/ Fiber Creme
  • 100 ml sweetened condensed milk

How to make

  • 1. Peel and clean the mango. One in a fine blender, the other in cubes, set aside.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix the pearl sago, nutrijell, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
  • 3. Prepare a serving glass, pour mango puree, sago mixture and mango pieces. Serve.
  • NB: better served cold.
