Ingredients

  • 300 gr high pro trigu flour (can mix medium pro).
  • 50 g of sugar.
  • 200 ml of liquid (1 egg yolk + liquid milk, measure up to 200 ml).
  • 4 g instant yeast.
  • 40 gr margarine.
  • A pinch of salt.

Stuffing

  • Srikaya Jam

Baluran

  • Dried Grated Coconut.

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients (except margarine and salt). Knead/mix until smooth. Add margarine and salt. Mixer Teeth until elastic.
  • 2. Cut the dough and weigh it by weight
  • each.. 50 gr. Round the dough until smooth and neat. Do it to the end. Take the first dough. Roll it flat and fill with srikaya jam. Close the lid, immediately apply it to the dry grated coconut. Do it until all finished.
  • 3. Cover with a clean cloth. Then expand the kn/proofing until it doubles in size.
  • 4. Preheat the oven first. Bake at a temperature of 180⁰-190⁰ above fire. Bake for about 15 minutes until cooked (according to each oven).
  • 5. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Put it in the bread plastic. ENJOY…🤗.
