Steamed Cheese Cake Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 90 gr flour
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 2 tbsp ZEALANDO NZ susu milk powder flour
  • 25 gr white chocolate, melted
  • 130 gr margarine, melted
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor

Spread Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Steamed Cheese Cake

  • 1. Mixer eggs, sugar and SP until white and thick with traces.
  • 2. Turn down the mixer, add the NZ Zealando milk powder, vanilla and sifted flour. Stir until just blended.
  • 3. Add melted margarine and white chocolate. Stir again until the mixture is evenly mixed.
  • 4. Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and baking paper. Put the dough. And sprinkle with 50 grams of grated cheese that has been sprinkled thinly with flour.
  • 5. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool the cake. Grease the top of the cake with the oil that has been mixed well.
  • 6. Sprinkle the top with the remaining grated cheese.
  • 7. Store in the refrigerator min. 30 minutes then cut.
