Steamed Cheese Cake Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 90 gr flour
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- 2 tbsp ZEALANDO NZ susu milk powder flour
- 25 gr white chocolate, melted
- 130 gr margarine, melted
- 100 gr grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
Spread Ingredients
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
How to Make Steamed Cheese Cake
- 1. Mixer eggs, sugar and SP until white and thick with traces.
- 2. Turn down the mixer, add the NZ Zealando milk powder, vanilla and sifted flour. Stir until just blended.
- 3. Add melted margarine and white chocolate. Stir again until the mixture is evenly mixed.
- 4. Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and baking paper. Put the dough. And sprinkle with 50 grams of grated cheese that has been sprinkled thinly with flour.
- 5. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool the cake. Grease the top of the cake with the oil that has been mixed well.
- 6. Sprinkle the top with the remaining grated cheese.
- 7. Store in the refrigerator min. 30 minutes then cut.
