Rainbow Bubble Bread
Ingredients
- 300 gr Komachi flour (me: high pro flour)
- 50 gr medium protein flour
- 20 gr cornstarch
- 40 gr margarine/butter
- 50 gr sugar
- 40 gr skim
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 11/2 tsp yeast
- 150 ml of cold liquid milk.
- Red, light yellow, orange, blue, purple and light green dyes
The method
- 1. Mix all ingredients except butter and salt, mix until smooth. Then add butter and salt, continue mixing until smooth. Divide the dough by color.
- 140 gr red
- 140 gr orange (orange)
- 140 gr light yellow
- 90 gr green
- 100 gr blue
- 90 gr purple
- 2. After dividing and colored, let stand 40 minutes.
- 3. After it has doubled, deflate the dough for 10 gr dough and arrange it according to the colors of the rainbow (starting from red 6 pcs, orange 7 pcs, yellow 8 pcs, green 9 pcs, blue 10 pcs, purple 9 pcs, red again 8 pcs , orange 7 pcs and yellow 6 pcs )
- 4. Round the dough and let it rest for another 45 – 1 hour (cover with cloth or plastic wrap)
- 5.Heat the top and bottom oven for 10-15 minutes at 150 c on the bottom rack.
- 6. Bake the bread at the same temperature of 150c for 25 minutes on top and bottom fire. Then lower the flame to 140 c up and down for 5 minutes. Take it out and put it on a cooling rack
