Grasshopper Ingredients

  • 1 pack of nutrijell grass jelly (15gr)
  • 800 cc of pandan juice (800 cc of water + 10 pandan leaves in a blender, strain)
  • 50 g sugar)

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients for pandan grass jelly. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it boils.
  • 2. Pour into the tin and let stand until frozen, cut into pieces according to taste.

Coconut Milk

  • 500 cc of water
  • 65 ml instant coconut milk
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • A little salt
  • ** Mix the coconut milk ingredients, cook until boiling, cool.

Complementary

  • Brown Sugar Sauce

Presentation

  • Prepare a bowl/glass, fill it with grass jelly and then pour it with coconut milk sauce, ice cubes and brown sugar sauce.
  • Serve.
