Ingredients

  • 300 gr wet rice anchovies, wash, drain
  • 1 pc carrot, grated
  • 3 bwg leaves, sliced
  • Salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper
  • 9-10 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 160 ml of water/to taste
  • 4 pcs white onion, puree
  • 6 pcs red onion, puree
  • The oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, mix well
  • 2. Heat oil, add 1 tablespoon of batter, fry on medium heat until golden brown, serve
