Bakwan Anchovy Rice
Ingredients
- 300 gr wet rice anchovies, wash, drain
- 1 pc carrot, grated
- 3 bwg leaves, sliced
- Salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper
- 9-10 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 160 ml of water/to taste
- 4 pcs white onion, puree
- 6 pcs red onion, puree
- The oil for frying
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients together, mix well
- 2. Heat oil, add 1 tablespoon of batter, fry on medium heat until golden brown, serve
