Eggplant Bakwan
Ingredients
- 1 pc eggplant
- 1/2 pc carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 3 pcs white onion, puree
- 5 pcs red onion, puree
- 6 tbsp wheat flour
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- Water, salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper
How to Cook
- 1. Mix all ingredients together
- 2. Fry until cooked
