Chicken Thigh Donuts
Ingredients
- 300 gr high pro trigu flour KOMPAS @ Sahabatkulinerinterflour
- 50 g of sugar.
- 1 egg yolk.
- tsp BP.
- 180 ml of liquid milk.
- 4 g instant yeast.
- 30 gr margarine.
Toppings
- Chocolate And Meises Jam.
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients (except margarine) with a mixer or knead until half smooth. Then add margarine. Knead until smooth.
- 2. Round the dough. Then divide the dough with each @ 45 gr. Round it up until it's all done. Take the first circle, roll it flat and put the bamboo chopsticks. Oval shape. Do it to the end.
- 3. Cover the dough with cloth or plastic. Leave to rise for about 35-45 minutes. (Depends on each room temperature).
- 4. Heat a bit of oil over medium to low heat.
- 5. Fry the donuts until cooked just enough to turn. Remove and cool. After it's cold, it can be topped with chocolate jam and meises. Enjoy…🤗🤗
