Ingredients

  • 500 gr glutinous rice, soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • Sufficient amount of yellow coloring
  • (You can use turmeric water, steam it into 2 parts)

Topping

  • Beef floss
  • Fried beef sausage

Method

  • Steamed glutinous rice that has been soaked for about 20 minutes,
  • -Heat the coconut milk with pandan leaves, lime leaves & salt, until it boils (stir it, don't let it break)
  • -turn off the heat, add the aron glutinous rice until the coconut milk is absorbed and then steamed again until cooked
  • -Divide 2 dough, one dough add yellow dye. If you want to use turmeric, divide it into 2 before it's all steamed (glutinous rice & coconut milk for 2, do it step by step)
  • - Flatten on each nori leaf
  • -stack 2 dough then cut and arrange horizontally (see video)
  • - sprinkle the top with shredded & sausage then roll up and cut into pieces, serve
