Sushi Lemper
Ingredients
- 500 gr glutinous rice, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pandan leaves
- 3 lbs of lime leaves
- Sufficient amount of yellow coloring
- (You can use turmeric water, steam it into 2 parts)
Topping
- Beef floss
- Fried beef sausage
Method
- Steamed glutinous rice that has been soaked for about 20 minutes,
- -Heat the coconut milk with pandan leaves, lime leaves & salt, until it boils (stir it, don't let it break)
- -turn off the heat, add the aron glutinous rice until the coconut milk is absorbed and then steamed again until cooked
- -Divide 2 dough, one dough add yellow dye. If you want to use turmeric, divide it into 2 before it's all steamed (glutinous rice & coconut milk for 2, do it step by step)
- - Flatten on each nori leaf
- -stack 2 dough then cut and arrange horizontally (see video)
- - sprinkle the top with shredded & sausage then roll up and cut into pieces, serve
