Cheese Cake Lotus

Material A

  • 30 lotus biscuits
  • Crush it with a chopper
  • 100 ml melted butter

Material B

  • 125 ml whip cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 500 gr cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp biscof selai jam

Material C

  • 100 ml whip cream
  • 100 gr biscof jam
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  • Mix the ingredients A, put it in the tin, unpack and press it until it's solid (I used a 20cm sized pan) and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until set..
  • mix the ingredients B, beat the whip cream and sugar until stiff.. then beat the cheese cream in a separate container, add the jam
  • then mix the two doughs together, pour over the biscuits.. chill in the fridge for 3 hours
  • cook ingredient C, pour it over the cake, let it cool for a while then serve
