Cheese Cake Lotus
Material A
- 30 lotus biscuits
- Crush it with a chopper
- 100 ml melted butter
Material B
- 125 ml whip cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 500 gr cream cheese
- 1 tbsp biscof selai jam
Material C
- 100 ml whip cream
- 100 gr biscof jam
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Mix the ingredients A, put it in the tin, unpack and press it until it's solid (I used a 20cm sized pan) and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until set..
- mix the ingredients B, beat the whip cream and sugar until stiff.. then beat the cheese cream in a separate container, add the jam
- then mix the two doughs together, pour over the biscuits.. chill in the fridge for 3 hours
- cook ingredient C, pour it over the cake, let it cool for a while then serve
