Meises Donuts
Ingredients
- 300 gr high pro trigu flour (can be mixed with medium pro too).
- 50 g of sugar.
- 1 egg yolk.
- tsp BP.
- 180 ml of liquid milk.
- 4 g instant yeast.
- 30 gr margarine.
- TOPPING: Chocolate jam and meises.
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients (except margarine) with a mixer or knead until half smooth. Then add margarine. Knead until smooth.
- 2. Round the dough. Then divide the dough with brt @ 35 gr each. Round and slightly flatten it, then put it on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with trigu flour. do it until it's done
- 3. Cover the dough with cloth or plastic. Leave to rise for about 35-45 minutes. (Depends on the temperature of each room).
- 4. Heat a bit of oil over medium to low heat. While waiting for the oil to get hot. Make a hole in the donut with your finger that has been dipped in flour. or bs
- also use a syringe hole.
- 5. Fry the donuts until cooked just enough to turn. Remove and cool. After it's cold, you can add toppings according to your taste.
