Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp sp/tbm/ovalet
  • 100gr low pro flour
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 20 gr cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp mocha paste
  • 80 gr melted butter

Chocolate Ganache

  • 150gr chocolate
  • 100 ml liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Team all ingredients until liquid and smooth
  • Toppings:
  • Colored brown rice crunchy to taste

Step

  • • Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 160°, grease a baking sheet with margarine and sprinkle a little flour, put a baking paper on it.
  • • Sift flour, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla
  • • Beat the eggs, sugar and sp until white, thick, trailing down to medium speed then add the flour mixture little by little, turn off the mixer and smooth with a spatula then add the melted butter, stir until homogeneous, lastly add the mocca paste, mix well, pour into the baking dish 22× 22 Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, once cooked, let cool.
  • • Drizzle the cake with chocolate ganache, add topping and keep in the fridge for 1 hour until the chocolate sets. Good luck ️
