Egg White Cake
Ingredients
- 200 medium/multipurpose Wheat Flour
- 450 gr egg white at room temperature
- 225 Sugar
- 1 Sachet Coconut Milk Powder
- 200 gr Margarine
- 40 gr cornstarch
- 20 gr milk powder
- tbsp SP @zeelandia_indonesia
- tsp Salt
- tsp Baking Powder @zeelandia_indonesia
- Liquid vanilla as needed
- Red, Green Paste
How to make
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 delci, fire up and down, grease a baking sheet with oil carlo @zeelandia_indonesia
- 2. Melt the margarine, set aside
- 3. Mix together, baking powder, flour, milk powder, sifted cornstarch, set aside
