1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C. Prepare a 20 cm tin, grease with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
2. Beat margarine, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until fluffy and pale. Add eggs one by one while beating until smooth.
3. Add some flour and beat with a mixer on low speed.
4. Enter the milk shake well. Next, add the remaining flour and mix well.
5. Divide the dough into three, leave 1/2 the dough plain, 1/4 part add pandan paste and green dye, 1/4 part add orange coloring, mix well.
6. Pour half of the white batter into the pan. Sift the cocoa powder until the entire surface is covered with chocolate. Pour the pandan mixture. Add another chocolate sieve. Pour the orange mixture, sift the cocoa powder on top, lastly add the remaining white dough, mix it well. The latter does not need to be sieved with cocoa powder.
7. Before placing in the oven, gently tap the pan to release any air bubbles trapped in the cake.
8. Bake about 45 minutes or until cooked.
