Misro ingredients
- 350 gr grated cassava
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 pieces of brown sugar comb
- The oil for frying
How to Make Misro/ongal-onggal
- 1 Prepare a container, enter the grated cassava, salt and stir until smooth
- 2 Take 1 tablespoon of the dough, then flatten it then fill it with brown sugar slices and then round it until it is evenly covered
- 3 Fry in hot oil until browned. Use medium heat, it tends to be small so it cooks evenly
- 4 Remove and serve with tea/coffee
