Ingredients

  • 5-6 Gabin/ Unsalted Biscuits
  • 300 ml medium thickness coconut milk
  • 70 gr sugar
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • Duren fruit flesh if you like (can be skipped)

Step

  • Cook coconut milk, granulated sugar, cinnamon, also durian flesh until it boils, remove from heat
  • Arrange the gabin/biscuits, then pour on top, let the gabin expand
  • Ready to enjoy
