Gabin Berandam
Ingredients
- 5-6 Gabin/ Unsalted Biscuits
- 300 ml medium thickness coconut milk
- 70 gr sugar
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
- Duren fruit flesh if you like (can be skipped)
Step
- Cook coconut milk, granulated sugar, cinnamon, also durian flesh until it boils, remove from heat
- Arrange the gabin/biscuits, then pour on top, let the gabin expand
- Ready to enjoy
