Ingredients

  • 5 pcs small uli bananas, each halved
  • 10 sheets spring roll skin
  • Sufficient sugar
  • Chocolate meises to taste (can be skipped)
  • 1 tbsp flour, dissolved in a little water (for adhesive)
  • Sufficient sugar, for sprinkling

How to make

  • * take a sheet of spring roll skin, arrange bananas and sugar to taste, meises. Grease the end of the spring roll skin with adhesive, then roll it up.
  • * just before frying, brush with water, then sprinkle with sugar
  • * Fry until brown
