Es Kopyor Synthesis
Ingredients
- 1 sachet agar agar plain
- 60 ml coconut milk (I used 50 gr fiber cream)
- 500 ml water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 plastic ice cube (don't form a cube)
How to cook
- 1. Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil until mixed and boil only once
- 2. Prepare ice cubes in a large bowl
- 3. Pour the solution so that it is spoonful by spoon on top of the ice cubes, and slowly shave it with another spoon so that it is shaped like crumbs, not big chunks
- 4. Do everything until the solution runs out, set aside
- 5. Serve with nata de coco syrup.
