No Bake – Strawberry Cheese Cake

Biscuit Base Ingredients

130 gr Regal biscuits
40 gr unsalted butter

Ingredients No Bake Cheese Cake

250 gr cream cheese
275 gr whipping cream
60 g of powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (me: forgot to add it)
For Strawberry Compote, I've replaced the Strawberry Jam recipe that I've shared in the previous post, yes #Vianneylim_selai

How to make

1. Finely blend biscuits using Magic Chopper CH 200 @mitochiba.id
2. Melt the unsalted butter, add the crushed biscuits, mix well.
3. Put enough into the jar as a base, solidify.
4. In another bowl, stir creamcheese until soft, add powdered sugar and whipping cream, mix until fluffy. Put it in a piping bag.
5. Spray over the biscuit base, leave in the refrigerator until set.
6. After setting, add strawberry compote (me: strawberry jam) as the top layer. Put it back in the fridge to make it even better.
