Pancake Bouquet

Pancake Ingredients

• 100gr key wheat flour
• 20gr milk powder
• 50g powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 60ml liquid milk
• 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Vanilla Vla Ingredients

• 250gr liquid milk
• 50gr sugar
• 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla paste

Other Ingredients

• Strawberry
• banana

Method

• • Mix all the pancake ingredients, stir with a whisk until smooth. Heat a non-stick frying pan, without oil, pour 1 tablespoon of pancake batter.
• When it is 1/2 cooked, cover it by gluing the middle. Lift and do it until it runs out.
• • Vanilla Vla: mix all the VLA ingredients in a saucepan, stir, cook over low heat until thickened. Lift.

Solution

• • Take 1 pancake, squirt vanilla vla, berry fruit and arrange on a plate. ornamental.
